You must be prepared to give the following information
1. Type of emergency (medical or fire*)
2. Location of emergency (building name; location of building-
streets and/or landmarks; floor and room number)
3. Telephone number from where call is being made
4. Caller's name
5. What happened
6. How many victims
7. Condition of victim(s)
8. Help (First Aid) that is being given

*Let the people who answer the telephone hang up first!
*Have someone meet the emergency crew outside the building if possible

*In the event of a fire, pull the fire alarm, if possible; immediately leave the
building and make the emergency call from another telephone in a safe location.
For other kinds of emergencies call the Station Emergency Number x2499.

In the event of an Emergency DO NOT send e-mail. Follow the above procedures, and call B&P to notify them of the situation ext. 2301, 2315, 2380, 2428.

For immediate repairs call ext. 2301, 2315, 2380, 2428.

After business hours or on weekend call Ext. 2215
(Central Heating Plant).
