Manuals
Reservations
You must reserve equipment in Corporate
Time if you want to use it. All A/V equipment will be set
up for you and in place in your reserved room
in Jordan Hall. If Corporate Time isn't working, reservations
can be made by contacting the designee.
Use and Training
If you do not know how to operate equipment,
please ask for training in advance of the meetingnot 10
minutes before. Rob Way
handles troubleshooting for Communications Services equipment,
or Gemma Osborne,
if he is not available. Mark Casasanta is the backup.
Set Up and Tear Down
Communications Services is responsible
for setting up and tearing down equipment in Jordan Hall, the
custodial staff no longer provides this service.
Cancellations
If your meeting is cancelled, cancel
the meeting in Corporate Time as soon as you find out, at least
24 hours in advance, so time is not wasted setting the equipment
up and it will be available for the use of others. If you are
giving less than 24 hours notice, contact the room designee directly.
