About the EditorsCathy Weeden, a native Californian, has spent much of her time roaming the Sierra Nevada and assisting her husband in compiling a book on Sierra flora. Cathy now lives in Bozeman, Montana, where she enjoys hiking and skiiing and exploring the many mountain ranges near her new home. Tony Shelton is also a California native who migrated to upstate New York in 1979 after receiving his PhD from the University of California at Riverside. He is a professor of entomology at Cornell's NYS Agricultural Experiment Station. His research focuses on developing IPM strategies for insects affecting vegetables. In his spare time he enjoys travelling and the outdoors. Yaxin Li received her BS degree in Entomology from Beijing Agricultural University and her MS degree in Entomology from the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences. She began working in the Entomology Department of Cornell's New York State Agricultural Experiment Station in 1996 but is now living with her husband in Iowa. In her free time, Yaxin enjoys reading, shopping and spending time with her family. Mike Hoffmann grew up in Wisconsin and received his MS degree from the University of Arizona and PhD in Entomology from the University of California at Davis. Mike migrated to Cornell in 1990 and has extension and research responsibilities for insects affecting vegetables. Mike is currently Director of the NYS IPM Program.
