Welcome to the WWW Site for the International Working Group on Diamondback Moth, Plutella xylostella (L.)

About This Site

This site has been developed to help organize and disseminate information on the biology, ecology and management of the diamondback moth, Plutella xylostella (L.). To be successful, we will need to rely on interested parties for suggestions and contributions - as well as updates - on their work so these can be shared. The scope of the site is international and we hope that people will use it to convey information relevant to their particular areas. The site will be updated at least quarterly. Initial funding was provided by the International Organization of Biological Control and Cornell University's New York State Agricultural Experiment Station. Continued financial contributions will be necessary to maintain this site. Please contact Tony Shelton for more information about helping to support this project.

The 5th International Workshop on Management of the Diamondback Moth and Other Crucifer Pests was held in Beijing China on Oct. 24-27, 2006. Full Workshop details are at http://www.ciccst.org.cn/IWMDMOCP/.
