Please note...some of the demonstrations I made within the MS Word file will not work on your computer....because you do not have my normal.dot template, or my auto-corrects. I will not make my normal.dot available because loading it on your computer may lead to modified shortcuts/menu structure, etc. Please contact me if you have questions.
