On this page are listed the staff, students and visiting scientists that work in Karl Siebert's laboratory. Major concerns of the group are trouble (French for haze) in beverages and multivariate modeling of food sensory properties and microbial behavior. For the latter we enter the domain of numbers (the archy of n's).
