Who We Are: We are the 2-16 Food Microbiology Laboratory, Foods Research Building, New York State Agricultural Experiment Station, Cornell University......

Why: The goal of Food Safety @ Geneva is to educate processors, producers and consumers on microbiological food safety and to explain some of the present food safety research that is being conducted in the 2-16 Food Microbiology Lab.

What: Food microorganisms can be divided into three main groups:

good bad ugly
Such as: Lactic Acid Bacteria
Spoilage
Pathogens
