Expo Sponsorship
Information
Sponsorship is a great way to provide support for the Expo as well
as a very visible way to show support and commitment to your customers’
industry. There are a variety of ways that your company may choose
to sponsor all or part of the Expo.
The sponsorship request form has all of the information your company needs to be an integral part
of the Expo through sponsorship.
Sponsorship benefits: All sponsors will have the opportunity
to be listed in the January/February 2010 New York State
Vegetable Growers News-Expo Edition and Expo Exhibitor
Guide, will be acknowledged at the beginning of each education
session sponsored, will be listed in the conference registration
packet, and will have signage acknowledging their contribution.
Gold, Silver and Bronze Sponsorships
If your company chooses to be a part of the Expo as a Gold, Silver,
or Bronze sponsor, we would like to give your company special benefits
and recognition in addition to the sponsorship benefits previously
mentioned. Your generosity will be acknowledged in many different
ways! Sponsorship benefits for a Gold, Silver or Bronze sponsor are
listed below.
Gold Level
Sponsorship dollars equal a total of $1,250 or more. In addition
to the general sponsorship benefits listed previously, gold level
sponsors will be acknowledged at all sessions, on signs at the registration
area and in the trade show, will be listed in the January/February
2010 New York State Vegetable Growers News-Expo Edition and Expo
Exhibitor Guide, will receive five complimentary company representative
registrations and will receive one free full
page advertisement in the conference proceedings.
Silver Level
Sponsorship dollars equal a total of $1000-$1,249. In addition to
the general sponsorship benefits listed, silver level sponsors will
be acknowledged at all sessions, on signs at the registration area
and in the trade show, will be listed in the January/February
2010 New York State Vegetable Growers News-Expo Edition and Expo
Exhibitor Guide, and will receive one free quarter
page advertisement in the conference proceedings.
Bronze Level
Sponsorship dollars equal to a total of $750-$999. In addition to
the general sponsorship benefits listed, bronze level sponsors will
be acknowledged at all sessions, on signs at the registration area
and in the trade show, will be listed in the January/February
2010 New York State Vegetable Growers News-Expo Edition and Expo
Exhibitor Guide, and will receive one free business
card size advertisement in the conference proceedings.
Deadline for your company’s sponsorship information
to be listed in the 2010 New York
State Vegetable Growers News-Expo Edition is
December 1, 2009.
Deadline for your company’s sponsorship information to
be listed in the 2010 Expo Exhibitor Guide is
January 8, 2010.
