The Industrial Concord Market from a Broker's Point of View
(This is the text of a talk given by by Mr. Herb Barber a long time member of the US Concord grape juice industry to the Washington State Grape Society, a grape grower organization. I asked Mr. Barber for permission to make this paper available because it presents valuable data on processing costs and market realities which are not available elsewhere. His presentation indicates that eastern produced Concord grape concentrate is unique and, under current market realities, has greater value than generic Concord or Concord-type concentrate.)
