      Participants should register for the symposium online using the online registration form (preferred method).

Payment must accompany registration.  The deadline for early is registration is June 1, 2008.

At least one author from each submitted abstract must register for the symposium by June 1, 2008 or the abstract will be removed from the program. 

Payment may be by credit card, cheque, bank transfer or cash.
The fees for the symposium are:

Notes:
1. Registration fee for ISHS member, non-ISHS members and students includes the official conference program and book of abstracts, one copy of the Acta Horticulturae, all lunches and coffee breaks from Aug. 4 -8, the technical tour on Wed Aug. 6, the welcome reception buffet dinner on Aug. 3, the official Symposium banquet on Aug. 7, and shuttle service to and from the Rochester airport.

2. Registration fee for one day includes only the official conference program and book of abstracts, coffee breaks, and lunch.

3. Registration fee for accompanying persons includes the welcome reception buffet dinner Aug. 3, the technical tour on Aug. 6, the official Symposium banquet on Aug. 7, and shuttle service to and from the Rochester airport.

4. Cancellation policy: Cancellations received before July 15, 2008 will be refunded minus a 20% processing fee. Please note that such refunds will only be processed after the conference. Cancellations received after July 15, 2008 are non-refundable; however, substitute attendees from the same organization are welcome. Cancellations must be sent in writing to the symposium secretary either by mail, fax or email. If for any reason the symposium is cancelled or interrupted, the symposium will not be responsible for refunds of airfares and payment of accommodation. We will reimburse other costs in proportion to the cancelled activities minus a fair administrative cost.
